Our stay at Le Méridien Xi’an was unforgettable, thanks to Hao Lan’s exceptional service. As a birthday surprise for my partner (his first time in China) Hao Lan went above and beyond—offering early check-in and even arranging a delicious complimentary cake that made the celebration extra special. We stayed at the Panorama King Room with River View, very spacious and great value. The Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed everything about this hotel. Its modern, new, clean and uplifting. Thanks again Hao Lan for your outstanding hospitality! We highly recommend this hotel, especially because of exceptional professionals like you!

Perfect place to stay in Xi An. Situated in a safe enclave and it has a 180deg view of the landscape in Chanba. This would be my number 1 recommendation!
